            Motion to accept minutes as written by James Goforth, seconded by Richard Tibbetts

            Vote: 3-0 Passed

3. BUSINESS: Variance Requested: 90 Robinson Hill Rd Map/Lot R02/037/0B4

            Motion to accept Variance Option 1 by Richard Tibbetts, seconded by James Goforth.

            Vote: 3-0 Passed - Signing of paperwork with notorial occurred and was given to applicant Milo Washer (A-1 Properties)
