To whom it may concern:
The Oxford Planning Board will be conducting a Public Hearing for the above-referenced proposal at 6pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, located at 701 Main St at the Oxford Fire Station in the Conference Room.
The proposal consists of a complete revamp of the Robinson Mill into 77 – 80 dwelling units as part of a site plan and subdivision amendment. Plans for the proposal may be viewed any time during regular business hours at the Town Office.
